Peter Dickinson is editor of the Atlantic Council UkraineAlert service and publisher of
Business Ukraine magazine.

Dickinson was born in Cheshire and studied at Liverpool University before moving to
Ukraine in the late 1990s with the British Council as Information Officer responsible for
Western Ukraine. He has since taken on a range of roles in Ukraine English-language media
sphere including chief editor of What On magazine and founding chief editor of English-
language TV news channels Ukraine Today and UATV. Dickinson is the owner and
publisher of Business Ukraine magazine, a quarterly current affairs journal that is currently
the only English-language print publication in wartime Ukraine. He is a Chevalier of the
Ukrainian Order of Merit.
