Dr. Linas Venclauskas is a Lithuanian historian at Vytautas Magnus University whose research includes Jewish history, modern anti-Semitism in Lithuanian society, Lithuanian periodicals from the second half of 19th century to the present day, WW 2 refugees in the region, and the history of the Holocaust in Lithuania. 

He collaborates with the Sugihara House Museum in numerous capacities including as a board member, researcher, program director, and exhibition curator. 

He has published numerous scholarly articles and, edited collections of articles on WW 2 refugees problematic. Most recently, in 2022, a book on Lithuanian antisemitic discourse from the 1850’s to 1940: “Tekstų byla: lietuvių antisemitinis diskursas nuo XIX a. antros pusės iki 1940 metų”
